Characteristics: Difficult to describe in words. A general cylindrical shape, with locomotive organs at the end. Looking through it shows a dilapidated reality.

Description: This mysterious entity has only been spotted four times since the beginning of extraplanar entity research. For a long time it was unknown if this was an entity at all, with no comprehensive appearance of behavior, the Portal remains the one of the most mysterious entities discovered.

It is unclear if there is more than one Portal. However, it resides in the desolate hallways between certain areas and it remains completely stationary unless approached by a human. When approached it will move away and repeat this cycle until it either exits the human’s line of sight or becomes cornered. When cornered, the Portal seems to move sporadically and gains a burst of speed to avoid physical contact.

No physical evidence of the structural damage shown through the portal’s body remains in its surroundings. Additionally, it is unknown how a Portal would react to a different entity type, as it resides in areas that are devoid of all other types.
