Pelet

Size: 63 cm

Characteristics: Black, stubby, quadruped entities made of a volcanic glass-like substance. Long, furred tails made of the same substance trail behind them. They bear a resemblance to the Greenhouses’ Princes.

Description: Pelets are found exclusively within Ecobrutalia, either alone or in pairs. Despite being one of the only fauna found within this area they have proven to be elusive and evasive. They traverse the steppes and vertical environment through long jumps and a great sense of balance.

Pelets leave no trace of their travel, neither in extraplanar dirt nor in pseudoflora as their long tails sweep evidence away. These tails hardly ever catch debris within their glassy hairs and when they do they are promptly groomed. When meeting another Pelet, individuals will staunchly groom each other’s tails before quickly parting.

While being theorized to be less durable than Princes, they do not have any known weak points and have shown remarkable strength through taking long falls unharmed and engaging in other physical activities. Since their resemblance to Princes are only known to be based in appearance, there is nothing pointing to a possible Pelet version of a Queen.
